A La Carte:
You will have access to all Firefly’s services on an as needed basis. Every job will have a contract drawn up defining project scope, deliverables, delivery date for the 1st draft of work, and financial terms. Projects under $3K are collected in full prior to project commencement. Projects with a value greater than $3K require a 50% non-refundable deposit with the balance due prior to delivery of the first draft. Easy way to get started with no long term commitment required.
Monthly Retainer:
Best option for clients with regular system design and project documentation support needs. Client selects a monthly block-of-hours program that meets their demand for services. If you do not use up all of the paid-for-hours in the current month, the unused hours will rollover to be used in the subsequent months for up to 3 months. This means if you don’t use Firefly’s services as much one month, they will be available the next month. The benefits include stabilized cash flow, reduced paperwork and the confidence that we will be there to support you on any project.
Data:
There are two components to our D-Tools Data Services. The first step will be to create your D-Tools platform composed of your unique data, package requirements, and customized reports. This work is performed hourly against a deposit plus the purchase of the data SKU’s at $2/SKU. The second step will be to determine the monthly data maintenance program that best fits your needs based on your product database size.
